Service Description
Every household is different, and we want to make sure our services fit yours. Our in-home consultation gives us the chance to meet with you, see your space, learn more about your routine, and talk through the areas where you could use the most support. We’ll review your cleaning priorities, meal preferences, dietary considerations, household needs, scheduling preferences, and any special instructions that may be important to your service. From there, we can recommend the best service option, estimate how much time may be needed, and create a personalized plan for your household. This consultation is intended for new clients interested in ongoing Cleaning, Meal Preparation, or Complete Home Service.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive confirmation from Salt & Shine. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or missed access to the home may be subject to a fee of up to the scheduled service amount. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.
